Data we collect
- Contact form: full name, business email address, company (optional) and the content of your message when you submit an enquiry via innotronics.pl. The message is relayed through Web3Forms and delivered to us by email.
- Technical and server logs: IP address, browser type (user agent), request timestamp and similar metadata generated during your visit. These are processed by our hosting provider.
- We do not operate user accounts or login functionality on this marketing website.
Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data in order to:
- respond to messages, enquiries about collaboration and other business requests;
- maintain contact related to potential or ongoing commercial cooperation.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests): handling B2B contact and pre-contractual communication. Should we introduce optional analytical cookies in the future, we will base them on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), solely for those technologies.
Recipients and processors
We share data only with service providers who help us operate this website:
- Hosting provider: website hosting and server infrastructure.
- Email provider: receipt and handling of correspondence from the contact form.
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com), technical processing of the contact form (relay of your message to our email address).
We currently do not use analytical cookies or similar tracking technologies. Should we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures, for example the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Retention period
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your matter and any follow-up cooperation, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting obligations or legal claims).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability (where applicable). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority:
